Dear Branchburg Families and Staff,
Fall is a time of change and change is especially true at the Branchburg Township School District. The district’s well-respected superintendent, Ms. Rebecca Gensel, has retired and is looking forward to the next phase of her journey.
In order to ensure that there is a smooth transition during the selection of the district’s permanent superintendent, I will be serving as the Branchburg interim superintendent. I am Dr. Elizabeth Nastus. My career in education includes more than 17 years as a school superintendent.
During the past few weeks I have had the opportunity to visit schools, meet administrators and staff and interact with board of education members who are committed to their stewardship. The Branchburg Township School District is clearly forward thinking, student-centered, and vested in a shared partnership with parents. I am honored to be here to serve the district.
